En un procesador de alimentos, coloca los garbanzos escurridos, el tahini, el jugo de lim\u00f3n, el ajo picado, el comino en polvo y la sal.<\/p><p>3. Procesa la mezcla hasta que se forme una pasta gruesa.<\/p><p>4. Mientras el procesador de alimentos est\u00e1 en funcionamiento, agrega lentamente el aceite de oliva para que se integre bien.<\/p><p>5. Si la mezcla parece demasiado espesa, puedes agregar agua, una cucharada a la vez, hasta alcanzar la consistencia deseada.<\/p><p>6. Prueba y ajusta los condimentos seg\u00fan tu preferencia.<\/p><p>7. Transfiere el hummus a un taz\u00f3n y decora con un chorrito adicional de aceite de oliva y una pizca de piment\u00f3n o paprika, si lo deseas.<\/p><p>8.
